Cedarfield Media places researched editorial with independent publishers. Terms are agreed in writing before a draft is sent, and the fee clears within three business days of the piece going live.
Before writing to an editor we go through the site. If a piece would not fit the existing coverage, we do not send the pitch at all.
Topics, house style, word count, how links are tagged — your rules decide. Revisions are part of the process, not a favour.
Send the live link and an invoice. Payment goes out within three business days, by whichever method suits you.
If a message from a @cedarfieldmedia.com address brought you here, a person on our team wrote it. We contact publishers for one reason: to propose a specific paid placement. We are not selling software, services or subscriptions, and a one-line “no thanks” ends it.

Business contact details of publishers and editors: name, business email, website, role, and our correspondence with you. Collected from public sources — your contact or “write for us” page, WHOIS records, professional profiles — or from you when you reply or use a form here.
To propose a paid placement relevant to your site. We rely on legitimate interest in business-to-business contact (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, once a placement is agreed, on performing that agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)). We send no consumer marketing and we neither sell nor rent contact data.
Up to 12 months from our last email if we have not worked together; for the duration of the relationship plus five years where we have, for accounting purposes. Opt-out addresses stay on a suppression list solely so we do not write again.
Our email host, form provider and accounting software, each acting on our instructions. Where a client asks where their content was published, we share the article URL only. Some providers sit outside the UAE and EEA; we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.
Ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to stop writing, or to restrict or object to processing. Use the unsubscribe form or email us — we respond within three business days. In the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
